A necessity of the leadership, Habaş has aimed to improve his production to be ready today to cover the market’ s probable demand after  the  2030’ s.

CYLINDER FILLING STATIONS

Cylinder filling stations are located at Topkapı / İstanbul, Kartal / İstanbul, Beylikdüzü / İstanbul, Kocaeli, Bilecik, Ankara, Elazığ, Denizli, İzmir, Bursa, Dörtyol/Hatay and Sultanköy / Tekirdağ to service country wide.

Gas preparation, filling, and analytic controlling activities are performed by experienced engineers and technicians. Technical Support and Sales Teams are available at every cylinder filling station to offer the best solutions. 

AIR SEPERATION PLANTS

Air separation plants are located at Kocaeli, Bilecik, Aliağa/İzmir and Polatlı/Ankara.
The 5500 TPD liquefied air gases production capacity is enough to cover the demands by 2030. The total liquid products storage capacity is 45.000 tons.

A necessity of the leadership, Habaş has aimed to invest for new  plants to cover the market’ s probable demand after the year 2030. The world’s largest 100% liquid air separation plant is starting up at Bilecik.

OTHER PLANTS

Carbondioxide
A new carbondioxide plant has began to operate at Denizli in 2020. The total annual production capacity is 200.000 tons of liquid carbondioxide under HACCP Food Hygiene, ISO 9001:2001 Quality Management and TSE Quality systems.

Hydrogen
With annual 5.000.000 m3 production capacity Habaş is the largest hydrogen producer.
At Kocaeli and Ankara plants, hydrogen is produced by steam reforming of natural gas and at Bilecik plant it is produced by  electrolysis of water.

Acetylene
Acetylene plants are located at five locations : Topkapi / Istanbul, Bilecik, Izmir, Elazığ and Ankara.

Nitrous oxide
The medical gas nitrous oxide is produced at Topkapi / Istanbul, Bilecik and Ankara.

Helium
At İzmit Plant, imported liquid helium is filled in cylinders or containers.

Ethylene oxide
At İzmit plant ethylene oxide and ethylene oxide / carbondioxide blends are filled in cylinders.

Ammonia
At Bilecik plant,  ammonia gas is filled in cylinders and served to customers
