The Technical Support Teams are available at every Habaş location to determine the technical needs for the customers’ application. The teams committed themselves to work close with the customer before the sales and after the sales.

GAS REGULATING, MONITORING AND CONTROLLING SYSTEMS
To carry the gases either from cylinders or from storage tanks to the point of use at the desired flow and pressure conditions, a system should be operating for pressure regulation, flow controlling and monitoring. Habaş technical support teams work close with the customers to determine, design, manufacture and install the whole system including gas distribution lines.

Maintenance of the system and resizing it due to probable change at customers’ production rates are also performed by the team.

ON-SITE GAS PREPARING SYSTEMS
Customers that consume high volumes of gas blends are supplied by an on-site gas mixing, pressure regulating, flow monitoring and controlling system operating fully automatic. The system reports at predetermined cycles the percentage composition of the gases in the mixture.

Habaş technical support teams work close with the customer to determine the suitable on-site gas preparing system that fits its need. The teams deliver  the whole system including gas distribution lines on turn key basis.

The system offers mainly gas cost reduction, less workmanship and more security.

TRAINING
 Habas trains his customers staff mainly on;

• Cylinder / liquified gas storage tank usage and security,
• Shielding gases selection at GMAW applications,
• Gas equipment usage and security.
